Spent the day out at Texas Motor Speedway for the Indy Car race. I've never really watched the Indy Series before, and only really know about it because of Danica Patrick. Kind of crazy for a NASCAR fanatic like me... but you know.
Now, we're out there in the parking lot, tailgating away, making nasty comments about nearly everyone that walks by. You know, typical activities for hanging out in a large crowd environment. Well. Here comes this truck pulling a trailer. You know, not that unusual. But behind it, THIS trailer is pulling a huge inflatable pool with 6 guys in it.
Seriously. Only in Texas, at some sort of racing event (where the rednecks come out in droves), would this ever EVER happen!!

HA! You should've seen the way my friends and I celebrated July 4th in Texas. We stopped up the bed of my friend's pick-up, filled it with water, drove it out to the mall and splashed around in it, complete with pool noodles, an inflatable Shamu, and a boombox.
(This was a smarter move. Half of the water splahsed out of his truck between his house and the mall...)
